Braid Hair Extensions
Braided hair extensions are probably the most common and earliest form of hair extensions. They are usually done by hand and can take up to 3 hours to be applied. Once applied, braided hair extensions usually last for more than three months.
Considered by many to be a care-free way to maintain one’s hair, braided hair extensions are recommended for people who are going on vacation, or camping and they don’t to have to deal with their hair.
With braided hair extensions you can go swimming, take bath and require little or no maintenance.
There are different types of braided hair extensions, namely tree-braid, strand-by-strand braids, cross-over and twist braid extensions.
For people who are having braided hair extensions for the first time, it’s important to indicate to your stylist how much pressure you can take on your hair as it takes a day or two to get used to the sensation of having braided hair extensions. We do not recommend braided hair extensions to people with fine hair.
Most people who have braided hair extensions have a good experience. Have you have had hair extensions? What was your experience? Leave us a comment.
